- Firm-Initiated Cancellation: Where Taj Trade Mark, for any reason not attributable to the client, is unable to proceed with the requested service.
3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:
- Once drafting, advisory, or filing work has commenced.
- In case of delays, refusals, or objections arising due to the client’s non-cooperation, non-responsiveness, or incomplete information.
- For official government or third-party fees already paid or submitted on the client’s behalf.
- In instances where professional opinion, legal strategy, or advisory has been duly provided.
4. Refund Request Procedure
